The Captain William "Bill" Pinkney Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the extraordinary legacy of Captain William "Bill" Pinkney. Bill's life was a testament to courage, determination, and an unwavering commitment to achieving one's dreams. As a person who made history as the first Black man of any nation to solo circumnavigate the world via the five capes, his story continues to inspire countless individuals to navigate their own paths with conviction and purpose.
